Boardman Park, Maag Outdoor Art TheatreHey, buckaroos! One of the highlights of Family Night at the Park on July 24 will be a Wild West-themed performance by Cincinnati-based Madcap Productions Puppet Theatre. They will be staging their zany puppet performance, Annie Oakley’s Wild West Show. The evening of fun begins at 6 p.m. at the Maag Outdoor Art Theatre with Jocko the Clown and the ever-popular hayrides. There will also be Bounce-A-Round and concessions. Amazing stunts, tall tales and funny adventures mark Madcap performances, which use life-sized puppets and zingy dialog. At 8:30 p.m., there will be a showing of the 2009 DreamWorks computer-animated movie Monsters vs. Aliens. - by Ivonne Rovira, Youngstown Reporter for HelloMetro (Click to leave a message) Ivonne RoviraA graduate of the prestigious Columbia University School of Journalism in New York City, Ivonne Rovira worked as a reporter for the Miami News, The Miami Herald and The Associated Press.
